Dr. Madhavi Parekh, DDS,MPA
DentistDr. Madhavi Parekh pursued her DDS (Doctorate of Dental Surgery) from New York University College of Dentistry in 2015. Before joining Dental school, she received her Masters’ in Public Administration (MPA) degree with health care management from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Dr. Parekh has been in field of dentistry for more than 10 years which includes her dental training of 5 years in India. Raised in family of doctors, she is compassionate and shows great empathy towards her patients. She is comfortable with the most dental procedures including restorative, Root canal Treatments (RCT), cosmetic treatments such as Porcelain and composite veneers. She has special expertise in removable prosthetic treatments. She has certification in Nitrous Oxide Administration, infection control and child abuse. She is a lifelong member of ADA(American Dental Association) and CSDA (Connecticut State Dental Association) and believes in giving back to dental community.
Dr. Parekh lives with her husband Dr. Nirav Parekh DDS MHA, a fellow dentist and their son Shrinay Parekh! Madhavi is a trained Indian Classical dancer. She loves spending time with her family and loves travelling.

Patient CoordinatorLuz Mesa is the patient coordinator at Smile Rite Dental Care. She has been in the dental field for 3 years, with her experience and knowledge she is always happy to assist you with any treatment planning, scheduling, billing, insurance verification and all of the administrative needs of a dental practice. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Luz is bilingual and speaks both English and Spanish.
In her spare time Luz likes to read Junot Díaz’s novels and spend time with her family. She is a food lover and enjoys searching for new places to eat.
Massiel Rodriguez
Patient CoordinatorMassiel Rodriguez Graduated from Porter and Chester with her Dental Assistant program in 2014 and has been assisting since. Massiel loves to make patients feel comfortable no matter the situation and she does not give up easily. Massiel is also bilingual and speaks both Spanish and English.
When Massiel is not assisting, she likes to spend time with her family and she loves to travel to new places every chance she gets.

Sandeep Jagini, DMD, BDS, CAGS
AdministratorDr Sandeep Jagini earned his DMD from Boston University Goldman School of Dentistry in May 2006. During the training, he had attended number of Dental Implant related Continuing Education seminars and assisted in Implant surgeries. He was awarded Best Outgoing Student by AO (Academy Of Osseointegration).
Dr Jagini is trained in surgically placing and restoring Dental Implants for single tooth, multiple teeth and for Implant supported complete dentures. He is also comfortable in a wide array of dental procedures that include composite fillings, bonding, veneers, crowns etc. He is a member of ADA, MDS and CSDS.
Dr Jagini and his team are devoted to providing only the best quality of dental care and excellent patient service.
Dental Procedures
Implants
Implants are the best possible options for replacing missing teeth. They are coated with titanium and placed into bone that mimic the natural roots of teeth. These implants support different kinds of prostheses individual tooth crowns, bridges, partials, dentures etc.
Partials/Dentures
Partials are terms used for prostheses that replace multiple or single missing teeth. There are various kinds of partials that could be made and are usually supported by the existing teeth in the mouth. Complete dentures on the other hand replace all the teeth in the mouth and are supported by the ridges.
Root Canals
A root canal is a treatment used to repair and save a tooth that is badly decayed or becomes infected. During a root canal procedure, the nerve and pulp are removed and the inside of the tooth is cleaned and sealed. Without treatment, the tissue surrounding the tooth will become infected and abscesses may form.
Fillings
A tooth filling is a type of restorative dentistry treatment used to replace or repair minimal tooth fractures, tooth decay or otherwise damaged surfaces of the teeth. The fillings replace enamel that has been lost in your tooth.
Extractions
Extraction is a term used to take damaged teeth out of their sockets that are beyond the stage of repair. There could be many reasons like decay, infection, severe bone loss around the teeth.
Cleaning & Whitening
Dental Cleaning is a generic term used for dental prophylaxis. The procedure is required to clean and remove plaque from the teeth surfaces to promote better gingival health. This is recommended twice a year for individuals with healthy gum health.
Veneers/Cosmetic Dentistry
In the past decade there has been a dramatic interest in Cosmetic Dentistry. Veneers can completely reshape your teeth and smile. Veneers are very thin pieces of durable, tooth shaped porcelain that are custom made (for shape and color) by a professional dental laboratory. They are bonded onto the front of teeth to create a beautiful and attractive smile.
Periodontal Treatment
Periodontal Disease attacks the gums and the bone that support the teeth. Periodontal disease is characterized by red, swollen, and bleeding gums. Most people are not aware of it because the disease is usually painless in the early stages. The treatment is Scaling and Root Planning more commonly known as "Deep cleaning".
Crowns and Bridges
A Dental Bridge is a fixed (non-removable) appliance and is an excellent way to replace missing teeth. A Porcelain Crown (or cap) is a covering that encases the entire tooth surface restoring it to its original shape and size. A crown protects and strengthens tooth structure that cannot be restored with fillings or other types of restorations.
